Braes Cottage

This 1972 was brought into the 21st century with a new kitchen, new floors throughout, and a 2-person master shower. To open up the living room and kitchen, a 35 foot beam was installed inside the ceiling and framing for the ceiling was replaced. Houston has plenty of homes like this, just waiting to me made into open concept masterpieces.
